I thought I might do something very different today.

I've got a 'mild' needle phobia that I've been working on over coming the last year. Today I got fed up with not being able to use any of my earrings and got some needles I had (don't worry they hadn't been used on anyone or anything) and pierced my own ears.
Surprisingly it wasn't as bad as I thought... I've had piercings in my ears before but they have all gone bust as my body rejected them, but they were all made with a piercing 'gun'. I was told that doing it this way might work for me as you are actually making place for the stud when you do it this way. So I tried. Was surreal at best!

It sure bled but I didn't let that stop me
